Board of Directors

The Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy Board of Directors typically meet on the second Monday of the month at 5:00 PM. An executive (private) session occurs during the meeting to discuss confidential matters involving personal or legal issues. There will be a time for public comment during each meeting.

Board meetings are held at Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy - 4904 N. Duncan Drive, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho - in Room N1.

Attendees who wish to make public comment must sign up a minimum of 24 hours in advance by emailing the Board Clerk. The public comment period is an opportunity for attendees to have their views recorded in the meeting minutes; the Board will not engage in discussion or answer questions during this time. It is important to remember that this is a meeting of the Board, and the Board Chair reserves the right to end or limit public comment at his or her discretion.
