What is a Road Rally?

This event is not a race, but an afternoon drive through Kootenai County.  Several pitstops, or waypoints, will include challenges for participants.  The winning time is not the fastest, but the one that comes closest to the pre-established “correct” time for completion.  The rally will culminate in a fun, family-friendly event at the finish line, with food, prizes, raffles, and entertainment.

The Academy is nationally recognized for its rigorous, content-rich college preparatory program and its emphasis on doing more with less.  Our annual fundraising effort allows us to continue to improve our programs and facilities to meet the needs of our students and families in lieu of the ability to access local tax monies.  The proceeds from this event will fund building improvements and college scholarships for our graduates.

There are many ways you can support this event:

• Become a sponsor—A sponsorship form is included if you or your place of business would be interested in being a Rally Sponsor.
• Participate in the Rally—A registration form is also included if you, your family, and your friends would like to participate in the road rally.
• Volunteer—If you are interested in being a part of the planning process or would be willing to volunteer on the day of the event.
• Cheer at the Finish Line Event—Tickets for the Finish Line Event will be available in the fall if you want to show your support and have a fun evening out.
